Miles circuit for labor?

Has anyone heard of the Miles circuit to start labor? I’m 37+4 and thinking of trying it. I found it on YouTube and everyone in the comments are saying that it put them into labor within a day or two. If I remember correctly without intervention the average time a first time mom goes into labor is 41 weeks and five days. I do the mile circuit during pregnancy just to prepare for labor and it’s never put me in labor I’ve also never delivered before 41 weeks. If baby is not ready you’re not ready outside of a hospital induction nothings gonna put you in labor.

Nothing will make you go into labor. And I’m not sure why you’d want to. You aren’t even full term yet, which starts at 39 weeks.
