How much time makes a difference?
Hi :)
I wake up early everyday. Paranoid about never forgetting my pill, I have three morning reminders in my phone, just to ensure I don't forget (6:30, 7:30 and 8 am).
I usually take it with water as soon as I wake up between 6- 7:30 am and so far have never missed one.
I'm just wondering is that time frame is okay? Or should it be at precisely the same time everyday , e.g.: 7am?
