Everything I see online says that ovulation when there's two LH spikes is the second spike. So would the second spike be when I  ovulated?

The first surge should be what triggers ovulation. Opks dont confirm ovulation though so there is no way to know whether your body tried to ovulate and failed and then tried again with a second surge. Its possible and normal to have multiple surges throughout your cycle and still only ovulate after the first surge.

Sorry but glow bot is wrong! You go off the first positive opk! There has been new studies done and over 90% of women will ovulate within 6-36hrs after their first + opk. Some women will proceed to keep a + for days after as the urine can retain the hormone after  ovulation has already taken place

Hard to say, sometimes you can have a second surge if your first ovulation wasn’t successful in order to stimulate ovulation again. However, LH can surge afterwards for multiple other reasons. Period coming, hormone changes, etc. bbt is the only way to know for sure!
