Asking for advice please !!!

Hello I’m new to this app I’m reaching out for help , I’m a mother of 3 already I have PCOS , and have been struggling so much for the last 5 years to conceive here’s my story !!!

Last year January I had a “chemical pregnancy “ 2 years ago a miscarriage & so I just kind of gave up on “trying”

On the 15th I took several tests (I couldn’t believe my eyes ) I had an hcg test and the levels was at a 328 ( on the 17TH my last period was on April 17 all signed point to being pregnant the last couple of days I have been spotting but only when I wipe this morning I woke up and the picture below happend 😞😣😢😭 however the cramps & bleeding has stopped not even enough to soak a pad I’m so overwhelmed anxious and scared I want this so bad and I’m not sure what’s going on today I took another test and it still is very much positive does anybody have any advice for me ?
