Sore/itchy throat remedy from allergies?

I feel miserable. I've taken allergy medicine, cough drops, eaten marshmallows, eaten chicken noodle soup. All those things will help for a few minutes and then it's back to hurting again. What can I do? It has been like this for days now.

Lots and lots of hot honey lemon water. If you've taken allergy medicine and it's not helping, I would imagine that this is probably a cold and not allergies. ￼If it is allergies, it should help to a degree at least. ￼You could try a different allergy medicine. I like Zyrtec. ￼I recently found out that my chronic sore throat is from reflux. Now I'm on famotidine daily, but feeling better. So that's nice lol. ￼

A sore throat can easily take a good week. It can be sickness, it can be allergy, it can be due to dehydration also actually.. So lots of options. But in most cases time is what makes it better. Make it tolerable for yourself.
