Is this still bloat or bump?

I'm 8w 3D. Baby #2. My stomach feels a lot rounder and a lot tighter. I know the baby is only the size of a raspberry but It just doesn't feel like bloat, I can't explain it. Like it doesn't feel like it belongs to me if that makes any sense. It gets in the way. I feel like I was not this fat last week lol.
