10w 3d and big belly but not hard?

I am 10w 3d and this is my third pregnancy, the first two were full term and healthy. I have been dealing with constipation throughout this pregnancy, but even when I have used the restroom frequently, my belly has been still really big. I definitely look pregnant but I am also 5’4 and 190lbs before pregnancy. I was always really skinny my entire life and with my first two kids, I only looked pregnant from the side because my belly was the only place that got bigger. I’m not sure if I’m just constipated and that’s why my stomach is so big, or if it’s because it’s my third pregnancy, or because im just showing early? My stomach isn’t hard though. Sometimes it’s hard and sometimes it’s not at all. It is very concerning, and my first appointment and ultrasound was supposed to be Monday, and I had to reschedule for Wednesday, and now I just had to cancel it and I have to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday due to my loved one passing. My OB says they don’t meet anyone until 10 weeks and that it’s normal, but because I have a family emergency I am unable to be seen for another 6 days or so. Im really worried and im praying that everything is okay with baby. I am torn because I want to go to my appointment so bad, but I also would hate myself if I wasn’t there with my family during this time. I hope this doesn’t make me look like a terrible mother because I had to reschedule my first appointment, twice. 😔🤦🏼‍♀️ Also, does anyone know if my stomach should definitely be hard, or hard if it’s this big? Also, does anyone know if it’s normal if your overweight and pregnant at 10 weeks having the same thing as me? I found out at 2 weeks literally during implantation and I went to the hospital at 5w and they did a stomach and vaginal ultrasound and the only thing they could see if the gestational sac, and my cervix was closed. They said it was too early to see the yolk sac and so I haven’t been able to see much throughout this pregnancy because I’ve waited on my OB to see me. I’ve almost made appointments with other doctors just so I could get in and make sure everything was okay. Maybe I am stressing for no reason, but I keep seeing on Google pictures of women with really big belly’s too and Google said that your stomach will be hard this early. Someone, please help 🤦🏼‍♀️😩 I just now took this picture and I know my clothes are crazy they are my boyfriends shorts that I sleep in 🤣

Also my stomach was NEVER this big before getting pregnant and I’ve always suffered from constipation. The constipation isn’t really anything new. I’ve always had to drink mirilax and I go through spurts where I go fine, and times where I need to drink mirilax.

I know my tattoos are TERRIBLE, I am getting them removed eventually. I was young and dumb when I got them 🤣
