So confused

Just started seeing RE in October. He said I was not ovulating and had low progesterone. Started 1st cycle of Femara last month and it work. Dosage was increased this month, af left on Monday. opk kit said to start testing on cd 8, RE says cd 11-17. I started today which is cd 10 and 1 test kept blinking, the other 2 were negative. I have no idea what's going on but I have been having some cramping
