Is my lack of weight gain healthy? Please read description below first, please!

Brief background: my pre-baby weight was 232 and I'm 6 foot, so that means my bmi was barely overweight. I and 19 weeks today and during my 19 weeks I had gained 4 lbs but by the end of this week I am back down to 232... I feel like I eat a lot even if it's not as healthy as I should and I do not over exercise, just go walking some. Is it healthy that I have not gained any weight and I'm about half way through my pregnancy?
