Period after FET

Hey- I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced a heavy and painful first period after your failed transfer? I have been having an oddly heavy period which I expected considering they thicken up your uterus, but these cramps are unbelievable. This has been going on for 3 days now. I normally have some cramps prior and maybe during the first few days of my period, take ibuprofen sometimes and it helps but….this time it’s excruciating! I’ve been using heat and ibuprofen and no relief. I’ve basically been laying around because I can’t even go anywhere it’s so terrible. I’ve reached out to my clinic, but just wondering if anyone has experienced this? My clinic told me to go to urgent care or ER, but I’m trying to avoid that if all they are going to tell me is continue what I’m doing and hang in there! Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks!!!
