Yes you would get spotting it's quite normal, I had it three months ago when I found out I was pregnant.

You wouldn't be getting implantation bleeding if you're getting positive pregnancy test! Spotting is normal, your uterus is stretching as long as you don't bleed heavy! Cal your doctor if you're worried but it's pretty normal! Happy and healthy 9 months

Its definitely  a BFP! CONGRATS! However just to have a peace of mind what i would do is purchase the digital clear blue with week estimater so u can see how far you are. I wanna say ur having implantation bleeding: Implantation bleeding can be seen about a day or so after implantation, which happens about 9 days after ovulation/fertilization (range: 6-12 days). Hope this helps :)
