What is this light bleeding?

I lost my baby at 21 weeks about 4 weeks ago. I stopped bleeding after about 2.5 weeks. I'm ttc again and it looks like I'll be ovulating in the next day or 2. This whole week I've had bad lower back pain with a sharpish pain in my right side pelvic area. I thought it might be associated with the back pain. I just noticed some light pink spotting. I don't know if it's all related? I've also been baby dancing everyday this week and feeling a little raw if you know what I mean. I don't know if this is something I should be asking my doctor about or am I over thinking it.
