How often do you get your period on the IUD? Is it every month?

I get mine 15 days a month with a iud

It really depend on which IUD you have.. With the mirena and the skyla (hormonal IUDs) you get your period every month but it gets lighter and lighter until it eventually stops. The copper IUD allows you to have your period every month as normal but it tends o last longer and be heavier.
