I started bleeding on 16/05 at just 4w4d. The bleed lasted for 4 days.

CD 6 I had EWCM, watery like ovulation CM so I ended up BDing. I haven’t tracked bbt or LH this cycle.

CD 11 (or 6 DPO?!!?) I woke up with extreme Nausea and Dizziness. So much so that I needed doctor intervention. Same day ultrasound to rule out chances of ectopic showed a clear uterus with 7.5 mm endometrium.

CD15 (or 10 DPO??) I have been feeling twinges, mild cramps, nausea, DRY CM, thirst.

Is there a possibility of an early(super early) ovulation after Chemical and a chance of pregnancy?

I am asking this here for some logical reasonings or positive stories.

I am feeling way too many symptoms and I am too scared to test.
