Moisturize. Use lotion and primer before applying foundation and then spray with a setting spray.

There are lots of good suggestions (moisturise, primer, setting spray etc), but it could be that your foundation is drying your skin. I did everything right with my previous foundation and it still looked a bit like this. If the primer etc doesn't make any difference then it might be your foundation. I switched to Il makiage and since then had no issues.

It might be the foundation. I like Dior forever Matt, it never creases. Also using a primer (hourglass mineral ) and moisturizer( curology) . Setting powder that’s micro fine so it doesn’t cake. I like makeup forever hd powder. I’m 40 so I definitely have lines. These combos keep me looking young and my makeup fresh all day.

Buy a good exfoliator face wash , i promise the difference will be magic

You want to use a water or silicone primer matched with a foundation that is water or silicone based as well. Never mix the 2.

You should use primer

Exfoliate, moisturize, primer, and setting spray to finish. Could be the foundation you’re using as well. Makeup stores will let you take samples so you can see how they settle on your skin. You need to find one that compliments your skin type (oily, dry, combination).
