Terrible twos 😩

Holy crap this child takes terrible twos to a whole other level!! He’s my 3rd & my first 2 were not even close to this bad! I don’t know what to do I’m about to pull my hair out. We already struggle with his severe sensory problems with food plus he literally destroys everything & tears holes in his walls & tore the air conditioner vent out from the wall in his room. He’s into literally everything & grabs whatever he can reach like a little crazy person. Throws everything & hitting now. He has so many toys & books & I spend alot of time with him as well & his older sister plays with him alot, but he still loves to tear anything he can apart. He’s limited to certain areas of the house but it only helps so much. Especially when it’s his nap & bed time. He refuses to eat food & only drinks his toddler formula. We’ve been in feeding therapy with very slow progress. Now he’s spitting everywhere & worst of all EATS HIS POOP 🤢🤢🤢

His feeding therapist and doctor are at a loss on this as am I. I obviously can’t force feed him food or he throws up. Even a little bit of applesauce on his tongue will make him vomit. Oh, but his poop, he is obsessed with & eats it like a freaking delectable. I tried taping him w/the least irritating tape, but the tape irritates his skin too much. I can’t keep doing that even though it works. You cannot tell when he poops right away & he immediately goes & digs in. He wastes no time. I am SO sick of it. I made the mistake of doing laundry one day & was distracted for a little while & he had covered his room & mouth/hand with his crap. That took forever to clean up. You literally have to watch him every second. I have an 8 month old to take care of too. My next solution is to put a zipper sleeper on backwards with only taping his diaper not touching his skin. That worked for my 1st son who would just take his diaper off even through the sleeper. I have to buy some. My question is, has anyone dealt with this?! Do they outgrow it?! He eats it like it tastes so good to him 🤢🤮 so I don’t know if he will ever stop!
