IUI/IVF NEED FEEDBACK…

I’m stuck between lost and found right now. I was suppose to do my iui cycle on Sunday. But My eggs grew on the complete opposite side. I Lost my right tube due to ectopic and i only have my left tube left but my eggs grew on my right side. I have 3 eggs that’s ready to release soon if I was to do the trigger shot. Anyone else get pregnant with same type of scenario. Should I cancel or take a chance ? Iui is fully covered by my insurance. I need some feed back.
