Ttc almost 21 months PP

This is my first post here, my fiancé and I have been actively ttc since December 2022, I know I know not very long, my concern is that I got pregnant within 3 months of meeting my fiancé and I felt a pain on the left side of my lower abdomen where about my ovary should be the entire time I was pregnant, i was told it was a cyst and they didn’t concern themselves with it again. I got an iud after having a very traumatic pregnancy and birth, I didn’t have it long, it intensified the pain on my left side, and now that pain won’t go away my OB tells me it’s normal, I experience it on and off throughout the month, and worse after ovulation(I’m not strip testing yet) and I’m worried it may be messing with my ability to conceive again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
