Abnormal Pap Smear

My pap smear came up with abnormal cells. This is the first pap smear I’ve ever gotten. I’m 22. I’m so worried what it will turn into. My doctor said it wasn’t cancer but she wants to do a colposcopy to get a better look. Ugh. I’m just so anxious. How does everyone feel about the HPV vaccine? My doctor is recommending it.
