Worried about my toddler

My daughter is saying her feet itchy and I see bumps on her like hives but they are tiny. Can it be from the antibiotics or Tylenol ? She still is kinda sick from some form of virus but I believe its a uti . I already took her to the doctor because she was running a high fever but the doctor didn’t see anything wrong she said the virus was at its last stage but the hives weren’t there at the time. I’m afraid it can be HFMD. She had a high fever for like two days and last night we was saying her feet itchy. Can it be fever hives ? She also have red spots on her throat which look like strep throat
