Tampons & pads?

When did you cross over from pads to tampons? And how long after you started your first period did you start using tampons. I just started using tampons this summer and I'm 15 and started my period when I was 12 ✌🏾️

I am 13 and I started my period when I was 12 and I still use pads. Tampons scare me so I don't know when I will start using them
