Pregnancy symptoms, negative test

I had unprotected sex May 25th(11 days ago) my period was suppose to come June 2nd but I’m currently 4 days late I took two pregnancy test and they’re both negative but the past week I’ve been having sore nipples and cramps I’m not sure if I took the pregnancy test too soon to show if I am pregnant or if I should take another one in a week or so

Any advice?
