How to stop thumb sucking
My daughter is almost 3.5 and still sucks her thumb. She definitely doesn’t as much as she used to but mostly does now to go to bed and when she’s upset to calm herself.
How can I introduce other ways for her to comfort herself and to get her to not suck her thumb?
