I’m having a hard time!

My baby just turned 4 . He’s potty trained during the day and wears pull-ups at nite . But the problem is he won’t let me change him in the morning. He always says no. Or screams when I try to . I even offer to let him do it himself . I’m out of options . Please I need help .
