Dog got stuck on mouse glue trap !

Found my dog got caught on a mouse glue trap when i got home yesterday, gave him a bath to remove the glue & applied some coconut oil but he continues to rub his neck against carpet & was scratching it so i put a cone on. Also applied a hot spot & itch relief spray for dogs. His skin is rubbed raw any suggestions of what else I could do to help him? Or should this be taken to a vet?

Worried about the raw skin & there’s still a little bit of glue residue remaining but I’m scared to continue to remove cause it’s close to his raw skin. (took this pic last night so the redness is now pink skin)
