Anyone trying for a VBAC or had a successful one?

This is my second pregnancy I had a c-section with my daughter 2 and a half years ago, non-emergency. I am hoping to try for a v-bac. We had our first appointment yesterday and my doc said it is a possibility but if my cervix is not looking favorable towards the end they will do a c-section. I am wondering if anyone has had a vbac and looking for some info :)

I'm hoping for a VBAC as well. My c section was over 6 years ago and if everything goes well my doctor says I should be in good shape!

I had a c-section with my first, 2nd I had a Vbac(100% better recovery) pregnant with the third and going to try for a vbac!!

My mom did VBAC with me 25 years ago. It was a 42 hour labor, but she still did it. ☺️ Thanks mom!

Please read Ina May's Guide to Childbirth and get yourself a knowledgeable Midwife! VBAC is totally possible but less so in a typical hospital setting. Look around for a birthing center, which will often be covered by insurance companies. Good luck! 💕💕💕💕

Can someone please explain to me what a vbac is.. I see alot of posts but I assume.it has something do with having a baby nautral after a c section??
