Boyfriend didn’t call back until three hrs

How would you feel if you call your boyfriend at 10am and he didn’t call you back until 2 but when you’re with him he always has his phone beside him. I am freaking livid right now and not answering his calls. I can’t help but think he was doing something because he has his phone beside him at all times
