Midwife or OBGYN?

My first OB and last lost his license due to how he was treating women. He pushed unnecessary c sections and tried to make me have one. My second pregnancy i had a water birth at a birthing center with a midwife it was an amazing experience and i want to experience that again but im having twins this time which makes me automatically high risk so i dont know what to do. Has anyone ever heard/delivered twins at home or birthing center?

Most midwives won’t take on a mom pregnant with twins because it’s automatically high risk. Some might if they’re di/di and you don’t have any history of issues. And there would be no way on earth I’d do a homebirth with twins. There’s just too much that could go wrong, especially for baby B. I’m ok with homebirths normally, but not with twins.
I had a very uneventful twin pregnancy, my OB was well experienced in high risk and multiple pregnancies so I never ended up needing a referral to an MFM (which would have also been a 2 hour dive away). I gave birth to my di/di twins in the hospital, in the OR (just in case) but I was unmedicated.
