Flange sizing???

Question

How do I figure out my flange size? I bought a 24 MM size breast pump, and it’s way too large but I can’t figure out what size I am. When I give birth, will the doctor be able to help me figure out what size I need for my breast pump or is that something I have to figure out on my own? I’m not sure how to figure something like that out and I don’t know if the doctor will be able to help me that way I can be able to pump and feed like I’m planning to. I’m also due in less than a week now so I’m panicking

See a lactation consultant in hospital after baby is born as they will be better at helping you. Also your nipples will change size after birth and once baby starts nursing. You could see them now too but be prepared for them to change size until lactation is over.

I brought my 2 flange sizes my breast pump came with to hospital and they helped me determine correct size. Your hospital can help you

Ask to see a lactation consultant after the baby is born. We have one that works out of our pediatrician office and she was so helpful with my first when I had so many questions and issues with breastfeeding! She’s the one who helped me determine I needed larger flange sizes.
