I've been prescribed ferrous sulphate 200mg twice a day for iron deficiency. But as soon as I take the tablets I feel soooo dizzy and nauseous :/ I've looked online and apparently exteme dizziness is a sign of iron overdose!! I don't know if I should continue taking them. I can't even call the doctors tomorrow as its New Year's Day and they're closed and they're closed on Sunday ugh. I know you're not all doctors but has anyone taken these and experienced these symptoms? Thankyou! Ps I'm 30 weeks :)
