Ladies can someone tell me what this may be?

It's under both of my eyes and its itchy and crusty been like that like for 2 weeks. And i put lotion on and it doesnt help and my makeup looks ugly what do you think it can be??? What can i use to get rid of it.

Eczema or contact dermatitis!! If it is contact dermatitis u need to figure out what ur allergic too. Could be something as simple as washing your pillow case in fragrance free detergent, or certain ingredients in makeup to avoid.

Try Benadryl and no makeup for 1 day. If it doesn’t improve, see your primary care doctor to make sure you don’t need antibiotic eye drops or something.

What products are you using on your eyes for cleansing and moisturizing? 
Could be something you are allergic to or something irritating your skin. It looks like some type of dermatitis. If it's super flaky and itchy, it could even be eczema. I would try switching products to something very gentle for sensitive skin. And if it doesn't go away after a couple of weeks, see a dermatologist if you can, so they can check if it's eczema. If your lash line is crusty and your eyelid feels swollen￼, it could be blepharitis.

You maybe allergic to your make up? I had something similar years ago but just on my eye lids. I changed my foundation and it went away!
