Did my body try to ovulate but couldn’t?

I miscarried on May 17th and started tracking my temp a few days after. All my OPKs were negative until 2 days ago and i saw a dip in my chart then a rise. I thought maybe I ovulated, but this morning my bbt dipped again. Do you think my body tried to ovulate but couldn’t?

You had you positive on CD 23 and a dip on 24. See if you get a rise over the next few days and if so then you ovulated 24

Id say no because that spike wasn't higher than the previous 6 temps.
