Could this be af about to show up?

Ok well according to glow af should start today, last period was 11-29-2015 well I really don't have any symptoms but maybe just tired. I ovulated on the 16th day 18 from the first day of my period. Anyways about the question at like 1 in the morning I went to the bathroom and when I looked at my panties I had a little spotting on it and when I wiped it had a little pink spot on it but haven't gotten any more after that. Could that be af about to show up?
