& then after you do get pregnant & have the baby, you can use it as birth control, its called Fertility Awarness Method. Won't have to use birth control that damages your fertility!

Oh yeah definitely don't do it before ovulation lol! it'll confuse you. You can take it vaginally or orally(I do both & vaginally is supposed to be more consistent which it is). They say try orally & if isn't consistent after following the rules then you might want to try vaginally. Anyways! Consistent is the key when BBT charting. You HAVE to take it at the same time every morning right when you wake up. Set an alarm, even a few minutes can alter your temp. Also, make sure you take it right when you open your eyes, before moving at all, or it will raise/lower your temps. BBT is awesome, it shows if you ovulated or had anovulatory cycle(where you didn't ovulate), having a miscarriage, or pregnancy. I love it!

on cd 13, I'll wait until next cycle, I haven't recieved it anyways just didn't know the ins an outs. how do you do it? morning too?xx
