Why does my tumble dryer smell like burning?

We have a Candy condenser one && Obviously we empty the water and fluff regularly otherwise it wouldn't let us use it. 
Gone to put it on today as usual and it's not working it smells like burning hair 🤢 I've turned it all off as I'm worried!!!! Could there be another issue within? It's not the water or fluff part

Not all the lint gets into the trap. You have to regularly clean out the space where the trap sits and the vent. Read the manual and it'll probably have instructions and recommendations on frequency.

Either you need to thoroughly clean the lint, or you need to clear out the duct pipe that hooks to your machine and vents exiting the property, as it can get clogged and can cause your machine to overwork (call a technician or they have youtube videos on how to do it yourself). If those 2 things dont work, then it may be an issue with the heating element in your dryer. But clearing the vent worked for us.

I wpuld check the dryer tub where the airflow leads out of the house if possible, you might have bot cleaned that (lint build up). I have no other ideas other than calling for a companyto come out and check.
