What beer do you like?

Question

I typically like the girlier drinks such as mikes hard, seagrams, and Smirnoff. We’re going on a float trip soon & can’t have bottles on the river. Beer is crispy & refreshing on hot days on the water, but I don’t really like any that I have tried. What would you recommend trying that wouldn’t be too gross of a beer?

I suggest a more fruit forward beer such as Leinenkugles summer shandy (lemony) or their berry flavor.  I don’t care for any beer based seltzers because the last few sips are gross to be.  If I do seltzers I stick with trulys, high noon, or even vista bay (Aldi)

Lots of stuff comes in cans now, especially if you go to an actual liquor store and not a gas station. I’m not a beer drinker, but I’ll do a New Glarus Spotted Cow on occasion. I like cider and Angry Orchard comes in cans. As do a wide variety of seltzers. I haven’t found a canned mixed drink that I like yet but some of the ciders and seltzers are good, especially ones with lower alcohol content.
