Positive TTC

On 06/05/23 I had HSG X-ray done and everything looked great, I’m hoping maybe flushed my tubes. I entered my fertile window and tracked ovulation. I put ttc on the days we had sex. This morning I took opk and it was a hard positive. We ttc right away. Later in the day I went to use restroom and when I looked down, I had egg white mucus in my underwear. How do I know if that is mucus or semen that I didn’t get all the way out?

I’m When I had my HSG done, the DR. Said my tubes would be expanded for a few days or so, so my chances of conception may be higher. I usually never cramp on my ovulation date but today, the 11th which was my predicted ovulation date, I was cramping slightly bad. Similar to menstrual cramps. I’m wondering if the HSG flushed some debris and I may get pregnant this month bc this is the first time in years I’ve been able to feel ovulation cramps. Is this possible???
