Egg white CM at 3dpo

Hi ladies, how does your Cervical mucus look like after ovulation? If you have conceived that cycle. My ovulation was on cycle day 21 (tested with clearblue digital) and now I am 3dpo. I usually see lot of egg white CM during ovulation and it typically dries up after that. But this cycle I am seeing continued EWCM (10 cm stretchy) even at 3 dpo, does this mean i have conceived this cycle? Or is it just my body being weird this cycle
