I had cravings in the beginning of my pregnancy and also had severe morning sickness but didn't know I was pregnant yet. I went to the hospital because I was so dehydrated and the blood work was even negative lol a week later I got a bfp

I had cravings last month and it turned out I was just starting my period :/  Good luck though!
