Had to take plan b.. rough and miserable time since

Okay so as you can see by the photo I took plan b I believe on the 7th and then had the longest most painful period it was awful. I had endo so those of you who have that can imagine the pain. Anyway idk when I’m supposed to start now since it messes with your hormones so much. I really didn’t want to take it because of the side effects but I wanted to be safe. But now my calendar is all off and idk when I’m ovulating and I’m just in need of some guidance and reassurance that this is normal. Tia💛
