Has anyone dealt with both fallopian tubes blocked? What did you do?

Sooo this is my situation right now. Struggling to get pregnant but HSG shows both tubes are blocked😞 but doctor said it’s either surgery or ivf 💔 but I would like any other alternative or something that has worked for you girls that help unblocked your tubes 😩

Sorry about that, I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 6 years now but nothing is happening, i did an ivf 4 times and 6 transfer all failed so last month i decided to has sugary called laparoscopy to unlock my fallopian tubes thank God that everything was fine, Goodluck
