Did I ovulate late?

I’m so confused did I ovulate late or not at all? My last period started on May 11. Apparently I’m 5 days late. My boobs we’re pretty sore a couple days ago but has since went away. Still no period, no symptoms and negative pregnancy test. Any thoughts appreciated.
