10-12 days late period but negative test about 4 days ago. Been feeling flutters (this will be my second baby) and my breast are sensitive and fuller and I am emotional like I cry at things I don't normally. I'm not sure what it means

You likely didn’t ovulate when expected or when the app predicted. Most people don’t know that when and if we ovulate and the length of our Luteal phases ultimately determines when and if we’ll get our periods. At 10-12 days late, if pregnancy was the cause, you would have had a positive pregnancy test already. You’re not out until AF shows, though, as you could have ovulated much later than expected, so this will push back a potential BFP or the onset of your period.
Also, even if you are pregnant, you wouldn’t be feeling flutters this early, even if it’s not your first rodeo! It could likely be gas! 
I’d take another test since it’s been 4 days since the last. Good luck.
