Losing my mind ; please help

Idk what’s going on lol but this is what’s been happening I had intercourse the day after ovulation , which I know is a very low chance of conceiving ; but idk if I’m getting sick or what Sunday I started getting nauseous at work which was odd because I never get nauseous at work and haven’t been nauseous since I was sick with the norovirus ; well Monday I was even more nauseous then I was Sunday and felt like I had to throw up all day and then today I’ve been so sick I’ve barley want to do anything and Im super tired and my nipples hurt to the touch and I’ve had a headache on my right side and I threw up my bagel and then threw up stomach acid and the last time I ever threw up stomach acid was when I was pregnant with my daughter back in 2019. And everyone keeps asking me if I am but I feel like im not sure because I had a miscarriage back in June of 2022 and it broke my heart because we were TTC since November of 2021 and I didn’t know I was pregnant until after I went to the er. So my head is all over the place and my period isn’t due until a week from today. Also my app says im 7DPO .
