need advice .
soo i want a baby but i’m thinking i can’t have one due to some issues that i had when i was getting my appendix taken out .. does anybody have any advice or tips on how to get pregnant .. i’ve been trying with the same guy for 8 months now and we’re honestly getting disappointed .
