Clomid versus Femara?

Question

So about four years ago, I was trying to get pregnant. The doctor prescribed for femara and it did not work. I did not get pregnant, so they suggested clomid which got me pregnant. Now I’m trying again and I’ve tried two cycles of Clomid with no luck so now they want me to try femara but I’m worried it won’t work again. Has anyone been through this?

Femara/letrozole is way better they have a higher success and live birth rate then Clomid does

They're very similar. Clomid worked really well for me. I had worse side effects with letrozole and never got pregnant

When you took the Femara, did you successfully ovulate? The medication is only to assist with ovulation, actually getting pregnant is another story. I’ve been back and forth with Clomid and Femara for 7 years. Both medications worked great, I ovulated every round, but no pregnancy on any medicated cycle. I’m on my 24th round.
