I’m Muslim and in my religion, there are major sins and minor sins. But we try not to focus on if a sin is considered a major or minor one, but instead look at Who you’re sinning against (God). Some people will sin and be like, “oh well, it’s a small sin” and that mindset isn’t good to have because it can lead the person to committing the sin even more or not feeling remorseful over the sin, so we say at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if it’s a big or small sin, a sin is a sin and you should work on not committing the sin again and going against God’s commands. So to your answer question, I believe there are sins that are bigger than others (for example, killing someone would be a major sin, but cursing could be a minor sin) but it doesn’t really matter because sins are sins.

We are Jews, we don’t have the seven deadly sins that’s a Christian teaching. We believe that if you do a good deed it will lead to more good deeds but we also understand that sins are just a part of life for the most part
