Excruciating Cramps: what to do?
So I've had excruciating cramps for as long as I can remember and taking birth control helps slightly but they still make me lightheaded sometimes. (Low pain tolerance I guess) but I was wondering what would help to make the pain more bearable. I heard good with iron help, but idk. Help? Suggestions? 😩😩😩
