Engorged
I am 2 days PP and I’m already very engorged. I have 2 pumps that I’m fairly new to I used medela pumps in the past. I have the hands free momcozy pump and spectra S2 now. And both don’t seem to be working the best. I am BARELY getting any milk to express. My baby has been nursing every couple hours but not enough to keep up with my supply. Any advice? My breasts hurt so bad and I can’t get milk out 😢 should I get a different pump?
