Yes yes and yes.my daughters adhd makes it impossible for her to get to sleep peacefully she goes through thiswhole flailing and moving for about 45 mins i asked her doctor and he suggested a brand and now shes straight to sleep

It'd be better to maintain a good sleep routine and to keep them entertained during the day time and off screens. I bet if your kids go to the park to play with other kids for 3 hours, then go back home and eat, have a warm bath and read in bed, they won't need to be given anything. Also, don't give them food/drinks with added sugar as they are linked to hyperactivity.
